MultiMedia Slideshow

  How does it work?

You send us around 20 digital pictures (by email) of your property. Include pictures of each room

as well as any hallways & staircases, exteriors of your property (front & back), gardens etc.

Make sure you take some close up shots of any interesting features, for example a feature

fireplace, a swimming pool, wood burning stove etc.

Once you’ve decided which pictures you would like to use, simply send them to us on an email.

We will then add music, captions & narration to your slideshow & within a few days we’ll send

you the link to where your slideshow can be viewed.

You can choose to have your Multimedia Slideshow uploaded to YouTube or we can build you a dedicated streaming webpage.

  1. Your pictures don't need to be award winning or have been taken using an expensive camera with wide angled lenses etc, a simple digital camera will do the job just fine.
  2. Before taking your pictures, remember to clean your camera lens.
  3. Make sure all available lights are switched on, including any table lights (even in daytime) & that the curtains are open.
  4. Stand as far back as you can in each room before taking your picture (even if it means moving the furniture around a little - this will ensure your picture is as 'wide' a picture as possible.
  5. As much as possible, hide away any 'clutter'.
  6. Your camera doesn't need to be set at a very high resolution, most digital cameras have High, Medium & Low settings - medium is usually adequate.
  7. Avoid any people being shown in your pictures.
  8. If possible, try not to take pictures of the outside of your property when it is raining heavily. (not good for the picture or the camera!)
  9. Remember to take pictures of all the rooms. Include pictures of the outside of the house, gardens, outbuildings, any land or nice views etc.
  10. Should you find that once you have taken one picture of each room but have not used up your full 25 picture allocation, consider taking another picture of the same room but from a different angle or even a picture of the location of your property (i.e the street, village or town it is in).
  11. Should you have any previously taken photographs - for example taken during the summer when your garden was in full bloom, remember to include them too.
  12. Once you have decided which pictures you wish to send us (Maximum 25) you must then name them appropriately i.e. please don't send us your pictures named '0128.jpg' but instead the picture of 'bedroom 2' should be named 'bedroom 2'
  13. If you wish, include on your email the dimensions of the rooms (as shown in the film above)
  14. You can either write a brief description of your property that you would like 'narrated' (but please remember it should be no more than a paragraph) or alternatively if you include in your email a few details about your property, we can do this for you.
  15. Due to the size, if you try to send all 25 pictures in one email, you may experience problems. Therefore you can either put all your pictures in one folder and 'zip' it before sending, or you can simply send them on 3 or 4 separate emails. Please contact us should you experience any difficulty.
